• Palm photographs you capture or upload to use the palm-reading feature

• Messages you send to our AI assistant and communications you send to our support team

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information (device model, operating system, browser type, unique identifiers)

• Usage data (features used, charts generated, session duration, interactions)

2.3 Birth Data and Palm Images

Astrological readings require sensitive inputs. Please be aware:

• Birth details (date, time, and place of birth) are used to compute your kundali, dashas, doshas, compatibility, and related astrological outputs

• Place-of-birth searches may be sent to a third-party geolocation provider to resolve coordinates and time zone

• Palm detection runs in your browser; we process palm images to generate a reading and do not use them to identify you

• You can delete any birth profile or palm image at any time from your account

2.4 Subscription and Payment Data

• Subscription plan, billing cycle, renewal status, credit balance, and top-up history

• Purchase history and transaction identifiers

• Payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account

• Generate kundalis, horoscopes, compatibility reports, palm readings, muhurat, and daily guidance

• Provide and improve our AI astrology assistant and personalize your experience

• Process subscription payments, manage credits, and handle billing

Because TalkAstro provides astrological readings, some of the information you provide is personal and sensitive. We aim to be transparent about how it is handled:

• Birth profiles you create are stored on your account so you can reuse them for charts and matches; you can edit or delete them at any time

• Palm images are processed to produce a reading. Palm detection runs locally in your browser, and we limit retention of uploaded images

• AI-generated readings are produced using automated models and astrological calculations; they are provided for guidance and reflection, not as professional advice

• You remain in control: deleting a birth profile, a palm image, or your account removes the associated data as described in Section 7

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

• Account and birth-profile data is retained while your account exists and for up to 90 days after deletion to allow recovery

• Generated charts, readings, and match history are retained for the lifetime of your account

• Palm images are retained only as long as needed to provide the reading, unless you choose to save them

• Payment and transaction records are retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 10)

TalkAstro is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@talkastro.io and we will delete such information promptly.

Where required by applicable law, we will seek parental consent before collecting data from minors between 13 and 16 years of age.
