Welcome to TalkAstro AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TalkAstro AI ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TalkAstro application and services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering for or using TalkAstro on our website (talkastro.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To use TalkAstro, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

If you are between 13 and 18 years old (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access most features of TalkAstro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your password confidential and secure

• Not share your account credentials with any third party

• Notify us immediately at support@talkastro.io of any unauthorized use of your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised, are being misused, or violate these Terms.

TalkAstro is an AI-powered Vedic astrology platform that provides:

• Kundali (birth chart) generation, including dashas, doshas, yogas, and divisional charts

• Compatibility (kundali) matching between birth profiles

• Palmistry readings from palm images

• An AI astrology assistant for questions and guidance

• Muhurat (auspicious timing) and daily guidance

• Credit- and subscription-based access to premium features

The Service is available via web browser. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time, with or without notice.

5.1 Free and Premium Access

TalkAstro may offer a free tier with limited features and one or more paid subscription plans with additional access. Many features consume credits, which are granted with your plan and can be supplemented with top-ups. The features and credit allowances of each plan are described in the app.

5.2 Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase

• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as required by law

• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice

5.3 Credits and Top-Ups

• Credits are consumed when you use certain features (for example, generating reports or readings)

• Subscription credits are granted per billing cycle; unused amounts may expire at the end of the cycle as described in the app

• Top-up credits are purchased separately and applied to your balance

5.4 Payment Processing

• Payments on our website are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe). You can manage your subscription from your account settings at talkastro.com

5.5 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to premium features until then

• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of already-charged fees except as required by applicable law or our refund policy below

5.6 Refunds

• We may offer a 7-day refund for annual subscriptions if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase and you have not substantially used the Service. Contact support@talkastro.io

• Credits and top-ups that have been consumed are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to deny refund requests we believe are fraudulent or abusive

We may offer free trial periods or introductory credits for premium features. The following conditions apply:

• Only one free trial per user per subscription type

• You may be required to provide payment details to start a free trial

• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged

• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free trial offers at any time

You agree to use TalkAstro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Service

• Create multiple accounts to abuse trial offers, credits, or circumvent restrictions

• Share your account or subscription access with others (unless explicitly permitted)

• Upload palm images or content that you do not have the right to submit, or that is abusive, obscene, or infringes third-party rights

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

• Use the Service to train, fine-tune, or develop competing AI or machine learning models

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

TalkAstro provides astrological and palmistry content for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Astrological readings, compatibility scores, muhurat, and palmistry insights are interpretive and are not statements of fact or guarantees of any outcome

• The Service is NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Always seek a qualified professional for such matters

• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from the Service

• Results may vary, and we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any reading for your circumstances

Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on TalkAstro.

TalkAstro uses artificial intelligence and astrological calculations to generate charts, readings, conversations, and other content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every user

• Guidance provided by the AI assistant is for educational and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice

• We continuously work to improve accuracy but do not guarantee error-free output

• You should use your own judgment when relying on AI-generated interpretations

We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content within the Service.

Some features of the Service allow you to submit content, such as birth details, palm images, and messages to the AI assistant. Regarding your content:

• You retain ownership of any content you create or submit

• By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that content solely to provide and improve the Service

• You represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws, and that you have the right to submit any image you upload

• We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law

We do not claim ownership of your user-generated content.

All content, features, and functionality of TalkAstro — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, charts, software, and AI models — are owned by TalkAstro AI or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

TalkAstro integrates with or links to third-party services, including Google Sign-In, our payment processor, geolocation providers, and AI providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services connected to TalkAstro is at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of all third-party services you use.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALKASTRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement

• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components

• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any astrological or AI-generated content

• Warranties that the Service will meet your specific goals or requirements

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TALKASTRO AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses

• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service

• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or personal data

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TalkAstro AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or access to the Service

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

• Any content you submit through the Service

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease

• You will not receive a refund for any remaining subscription period or unused credits unless required by law

• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data-retention schedule

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@talkastro.io or using the account-deletion feature within the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

For users in the European Union: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law, including the right to bring claims in your country of residence.

For users in the United States: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the Effective Date at the top of this document

• Notify registered users via email or in-app notification

• Post the updated Terms at talkastro.com/terms-condition

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TalkAstro AI regarding the Service

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of that right

• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

• Language: These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only; the English version prevails in case of conflict
